UNIQUE METHOD OF UDAN SCHOOL
We are looking for a Principal with fluent written and oral communication abilities in English and Hindi, ability and interest in working with parents and teachers with at least 3-5 years experience in teaching, curriculum development, mentoring teachers.
An MA in education is desirable.
If you enjoy working with kids from age 3 to 10 years, are passionate about education for and with them, love nature and the mountains and above all love learning, this is the place for you. You will get lots of opportunities to learn and try out your ideas while interacting with people experienced in charting new paths in education.
Udaan is a 5-year-old school with about 30 children from nursery to class 3. It educates through a balanced approach of outdoor and indoor, fun and focus, to give children the freedom as well as the discipline for serious engagement.
We would like to see it develop into a small primary school of about 150 children from nursery to class 5.
